Cancellation Policy

DELIVERIES: If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2-4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.

VIRTUAL CLASSES: If you cancel your virtual class ticket 3 days prior to the class date, a full refund will be provided. Classes cancelled 0-2 days prior to the date will be credited to your account for a future class. No shows are ineligible for a refund or credit. Business classes are non-refundable regardless of date, and non-transferable. Small business pop up classes are non-refundable regardless of date.
